Webinar: Insurance for Undocumented Immigrants Age 65+
On Tuesday, January 30 at 10 AM, the NYSDOH – New York State Health Department is hosting a webinar to explain a new option for health insurance that is now available for undocumented immigrants who are age 65 and older.
This program can be a tremendous asset to help meet the health needs of older immigrants. The new insurance offers a more comprehensive benefit package for this population who previously only qualified for Emergency Medicaid. This session will explain who is eligible and the guidelines, how applicants can find assistance, what types of health care are available, and more.
