Patient Voice Advocacy Series: Westchester

 In Advocacy

The New York City Hemophilia Chapter invites you to join us at our Patient Voice Advocacy Series cocktail hour in Westchester. This is the latest event in a series of opportunities to directly connect with legislators from your area!

This cocktail hour and forum will be centered around the topic of pre-existing conditions. Come share your story, partake in a discussion about changes in health care policy, and network with your legislators! This is a free, all ages event.

In attendance will be Assemblywoman Amy Paulin, among other legislators from Westchester. Assemblywoman Paulin is a strong ally of the bleeding disorders community, and was the primary sponsor of a key piece of legislation to establish a rare disease advisory council tasked with advising the New York State government on bills regarding the rare disease.

Refreshments will be provided.
