15th Anniversary Unite Walk Kick-Off Party
The New York City Hemophilia Chapter (NYCHC) Unite for Bleeding Disorders Walk Kick Off Party
On Sunday, February 23, nearly one hundred community members, team captains, and volunteers attended our Walk Kick-Off Party at The Chelsea Bell. This event was created to help us kick-off the 15th Anniversary of our Annual Unite for Bleeding Disorders Walk in New York City, happening on June 7 in Riverside Park.
This afternoon was filled with stories about why the Walk is so important to our community, how treatment and life in general has changed in the past 15 years for people living with bleeding disorders, and what the funds raised from the Walk can help us achieve in the years to come for our community.
