VWD Education Summit 2019
NYCHC INVITES YOU TO THE 2019 VWD EDUCATION SUMMIT!
The New York City Hemophilia Chapter will be holding its Von Williebrand Disease (VWD) Education Summit on Sunday, February 3rd at from 10am – 5pm at the Residence Inn Marriott Times Square!
The program will feature opportunities to:
Get to know other community members affected by von Willebrand disease
Participate in discussions with local clinicians and other experts
Learn strategies for dealing with the day to day challenges of living with vWD
Share thoughts, experiences, and ideas for strengthening this community
This event is at no cost to families which includes a light breakfast and lunch. However, all participants must be registered by Wednesday, January 30th, 2019.
Please note: This education-focused event is intended for individuals and families from the greater New York area who are affected by VWD (including parents and/or immediate caretakers of people with VWD). NYCHC reserves the right to deny participation to those who do not meet these criteria.
