A Letter from Your 2011 NYC Walk Co-Chairs
Dear friends,
We hope you had a wonderful holiday weekend! In just a few short days, we’ll be gathered again as families and friends for our sixth New York City Hemophilia Walk on Sunday, June 5th in Riverside Park. It’s always a beautiful setting in the Park, looking out on the Hudson River. But what really makes the day beautiful is coming together as a community of caring individuals, some personally affected by a bleeding disorder and others there to show their support. There is no adequate way to describe the feeling of being surrounded by community, looking out at all the faces and realizing that for those few hours, there is simply no better place in the world.
