2015 NYCHC Hemophilia Walk Top Fundraising Teams

We’d like to take this opportunity to congratulate all of our walk teams who participated in our 2015 NYCHC Hemophilia Walk!  Everyone did an outstanding job raising funds for our community and we deeply appreciate all of the hard work you all put into this.  Shout out to Team AWESOME!!!! coming in as the top fundraising team, raising a total of $39,614.88!  GREAT JOB!
