2015 NYCHC Gala Wrap Up
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the guests and sponsors who attended our 2015 Gala this evening. With nearly 200 guests in attendance, this was our largest Gala to date!
We were honored to recognize several outstanding members of our community with awards for the work they’ve done in the community. This year’s honorees were:
The Giannola Family received the 2015 Award of Distinction.
Ramona Shih was awarded the Susan Galligan Volunteer of the Year Award.
Our special guest speakers were Max and Eli Schoenfeld. Max and Eli are 8 year old twins, who both have Severe Hemophilia B. They did a wonderful job tag teaming with one another telling our guests what they like and don’t like about living with hemophilia. Turns out they absolutely love our annual hemophilia walk!
