Is living a healthier lifestyle one of your goals for 2019? We can help with that! The New York City Hemophilia Chapter (NYCHC) and the New England Hemophilia Association (NEHA) are joining forces to promote health awareness for teenagers and adults with diagnosed bleeding disorders through a 100-day Fitness Challenge!  To apply for the challenge, you must be a person with a diagnosed bleeding disorder over the age of 16.

Each chapter will provide eligible participants with their own fitness activity tracker customized with a medical identification tag.

When it comes to NYCHC and NEHA you know there is a bit of competition involved! Both chapters have partnered with Virgin Pulse, an interactive online competition platform for tracking team fitness engagement.
