Kurt Wiesenmaier is currently a realtor with Houlihan Lawrence Brokerage, servicing southern Westchester County, NY for the past 5 years. Kurt focuses most of his efforts helping buyers of residential properties navigate the challenging process successfully.

Kurt previously served as the Vice President of Client Sales & Operations at American Import Shippers Association, the oldest and largest shipping association in America. In that role, Kurt was in charge of meeting the day-to-day client needs of the association’s existing 140 company member base and organizing annual conferences which were attended by 100s of professionals in the retail shipping world. Earlier in his career, Kurt functioned as the Administrative Officer of the India Outsourcing Initiative at AllianceBernstein. Notably, he spent six months in Pune, India where he was in charge of developing a transition and training program for AllianceBernstein’s Client Reporting Operations Group.

Kurt received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Finance and Accounting at Franklin and Marshall College. He recently completed his Masters of Real Estate with a concentration in finance at the Shack Institute of Real Estate at NYU.

Kurt and his wife, Alison, have a young son: Oliver, who has Severe Hemophilia Type A.
